To all the saints in Colossae,	Col 1:2
We thank God for you when we pray.	Col 1:3

For of your faith and love we've heard,	Col 1:4
Which comes from hope, sprung from the Word.	Col 1:5

Good news bears fruit across the land.	Col 1:6
We pray you'll fully understand.	Col 1:9

That you may walk a worthy route	Col 1:10
That pleases God and bears good fruit.	Col 1:10

With joy show patience by his might.	Col 1:11
He gave us places in the light.	Col 1:12

He saves us from the dark domain	Col 1:13
And brought us into Jesus' reign.	Col 1:13

Creation all by him was made	Col 1:16
And in him everything has stayed.	Col 1:17

Of the assembly, he's the head.	Col 1:18
To reconcile, his blood was shed.	Col 1:20

Though once from God you were estranged,	Col 1:21
By faith and Christ's death you were changed.	Col 1:22-23

Called to explain the mystery	Col 1:25
Once hidden, now for saints to see.	Col 1:26

Our hope of glory breaking through.	Col 1:27
The mystery is: Christ lives in you.	Col 1:27

So walk with him in faith that grows	Col 2:6
And thankfulness that overflows.	Col 2:7

Don't fall for vain philosophy.	Col 2:8
In Christ dwells the full Deity.	Col 2:9

He cut the sinful flesh from you.	Col 2:11
He gave you life and fullness too.	Col 2:10

Mere human ways that may sound smart	Col 2:16-22
Are empty and don't change the heart.	Col 2:23

You died, and then with Christ were raised.	Col 3:1-3
So think of things that will be praised.	Col 3:1

Not earthly things that you don't need	Col 3:2,5
Like evil passions, lust, and greed.	Col 3:5

Don't be these idols' devotees.	Col 3:5
For God's wrath comes because of these.	Col 3:6

Your life, these ways, once did include.	Col 3:7
The old is gone. You've been renewed.	Col 3:9-10

Once anger - show compassion now.	Col 3:8,12
Quit rage for kindness - Christ is how.	Col 3:8,12

No malice, but humility.	Col 3:8,12
No slander; gentleness from thee.	Col 3:8,12

No shameful speaking. No deceit.	Col 3:8-9
But at forgiveness, be elite.	Col 3:13

And walk in love, which binds it all,	Col 3:14
With hearts of peace as you were called.	Col 3:15

So teach and share with Christ imbued.	Col 3:16
And sing to God with gratitude.	Col 3:16-17

Support your husbands. Love your wives.	Col 3:18-19
Obey your parents. Help kids' lives.	Col 3:20-21

Obey those for whom you have to work.	Col 3:22
If you're in charge, don't be a jerk.	Col 4:1

Let all your work be for the Lord.	Col 3:23
Inheritance is your reward.	Col 3:24

In prayer, be watchful. Pray for us.	Col 4:2-3
That I preach clearly, as I must.	Col 4:4

Reach unbelievers, don't delay.	Col 4:5
Speak grace, so you know what to say.	Col 4:6

Paul said, then, as he bid adieu,	Col 4:7-16
Complete the work God gave to you.	Col 4:17
