Don’t worry o’er God’s every plan,Ac 1:1-7
Just the one he has for you, man.Ac 1:8-11
The traitor’s gain was fast erased,Ac 1:15-20
By lot and prayer he was replaced.Ac 1:21-26
The Spirit came like howling wind.Ac 2:1-3
They spoke so crowds could comprehend.Ac 2:4-21
Then Peter preached what God devised:Ac 2:22-35
To change your heart and be baptized.Ac 2:36-41
Peter taught, then in Jesus’ name,
healed a man who since birth was lame.Ac 3:1-26
Experts said they were a bother.Ac 4:1-18
Heed not humans, but the Father.Ac 4:19-22
They prayed to be both brave and wise.Ac 4:23-31
They grew in faith and strength and size.Ac 2:42-47
Believers all lived side by side.Ac 4:32-37
One couple lied to God, then died.Ac 5:1-11
The Word spread quickly, more believed.Ac 5:12-14
The sick and vexed were both relieved.Ac 5:15-16
The high priest jailed them with a smirk.Ac 5:17-18
God led them out and back to work.Ac 5:19-25
Confronted by the council still,Ac 5:26-28
by Pharisees who fought God’s will.Ac 5:33-39
So Peter testified again,Ac 5:29-30
to change your heart, repent your sin.Ac 5:31-32
Then Stephen, picked to dole out food,Ac 6:1-7
Did speak the word of God when cued.Ac 6:8-7:53
And as his eyes toward heav’n did reach,Ac 7:54-56
the council stoned him for his speech.Ac 7:57-60
Though strewn, the church preached as they went,Ac 8:2-4
and Philip taught where he was sent.Ac 8:5-7, 9:26-40
and by the laying on of hands,Ac 8:14-25
the Spirit came to foreign lands.Ac 10:17-48
A vision gave St. Pete the nod
of grace for all who worship God.Ac 10:1-16
Then James was killed by Herod’s scheme,Ac 12:1-5
who died ignoring Elohim.Ac 12:19-23
Now Saul wreaked havoc on the Way,Ac 9:1
till traveling the road one day,Ac 9:2
When Christ appeared in heav’nly light,Ac 9:4
He questioned Saul and took his sight.Ac 9:4-9
To Gentiles, kings and Jews God reached.Ac 9:10-16
Once chief tormenter, now Paul preached.Ac 9:17-31
He silenced those preventing growth.Ac 13:1-12
Explained how Christ fulfilled God’s oath.Ac 13:13-52
From town to town he preached the news.Ac 14:1-7, 21-28
Some would accept him, some abuse.Ac 14:8-20
His team went where the Spirit ledAc 16:1-10
From riverbank to prison bed.Ac 16:11-40
Explaining Jesus’ sufferingsAc 17:1-15
to those who worshipped manmade things.Ac 17:16-34
In Athens, Corinth, and Achaia,
Scripture proved who was Messiah.Ac 18:1-28
As God made all who touched Paul cured,Ac 19:11-12
He stayed two years till all had heard.Ac 19:8-10
The pattern often was the same:
He’d come to town, spread Jesus’ name,Ac 20:21
Speak fearlessly in every place,
the gospel of our good God’s grace.Ac 20:24
Some would believe and get the Spirit.Ac 19:6
Others though refused to hear it.Ac 19:23-41
Performing miracles divine,Ac 19:7-12
He’d comfort Christians, then consignAc 20:2
Them to the Lord, and off he’d runAc 20:36
to the next town, God’s will be done.Ac 21:14
And knowing trouble lie ahead,Ac 20:23
Friends begged “Go somewhere else instead”.Ac 21:4, 21:12
But God’s will Paul did not resist,
Jerusalem was on the list.Ac 20:22
The mob, to anger was enticedAc 21:30
By those who would deny the Christ.Ac 21:27-29
Before they could inflict death’s pains,Ac 21:31
the military came with chains.Ac 21:32
One last time Paul was arrested.Ac 21:33
To the crowd he still attested:Ac 22:1-21
"Christ suffered, died and rose again
To bring light to all girls and men."Ac 26:23
Four years in jail, his final chapters:Ac 24:27, 28:30
Transferred, shipwrecked, calmed his captors.Ac 27:1-44
In Rome, with visits under guard,Ac 28:16
He preached of God and Christ unmarred.Ac 28:31
Know this truth in every nation:
God has offered you salvation.Ac 28:28
