Paul wrote to Timothy, "My boy,2Tim 1:1-2
To see you would fill me with joy.2Tim 1:4
It isn't fear that fills your soul,2Tim 1:6-7
But power, love, and self-control.2Tim 1:6-7
Though you might suffer, preach away.2Tim 1:8
He called us, guards us, for that day.2Tim 1:9,12
You're in Christ's army now for good,2Tim 2:3-4
So suffer evil as he would.2Tim 2:3-4
With Christ we died, with him we live.2Tim 2:11
Endure and us a crown he'll give.2Tim 2:12
Deny him, he'll deny us back.2Tim 2:12
But faithfulness he'll never lack.2Tim 2:13
Don't argue over minor things.2Tim 2:14
Confusing harm is all that brings.2Tim 2:14
Shun godless talk or you will find2Tim 2:16
That godlessness infects your mind.2Tim 2:16
So cleanse yourself in order to2Tim 2:19-22
Be ready when God calls on you.2Tim 2:19-22
When opposition is expressed2Tim 2:25
You must respond with gentleness.2Tim 2:25
Know peril comes in final days2Tim 3:1
With proud and unforgiving ways.2Tim 3:2-3
When men will hate and lie and boast2Tim 3:2-3
And people love themselves the most.2Tim 3:2
No self-control and won't give thanks.2Tim 3:2-3
They won't trust God, but trust in banks.2Tim 3:2,4
Abusive, brutal, loveless frauds.2Tim 3:2-3
These men choose pleasure over God.2Tim 3:4
False piety denies God's sway,2Tim 3:5
So from such people, get away.2Tim 3:5
The truly pious Christ embrace2Tim 3:12
And persecutions we will face.2Tim 3:12
All Scripture can prepare us for2Tim 3:16
The work God has for us in store.2Tim 3:17
So preach the Word, or they will steer2Tim 4:2
Themselves to what they want to hear.2Tim 4:3
My time in this world winding down,2Tim 4:6
The Lord reward me with a Crown.2Tim 4:8
